These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seaznl mobile applications and the seaznl.com website (the "Service") provided by Seaznl ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not submit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

3. Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as lists, notes, and preferences). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

4. Third-party content

The Service displays information about farmers markets, vendors, produce, and recipes. We do our best to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee it. Verify hours, prices, and availability with the market or vendor directly.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

If we offer paid features, the pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are governed by their respective terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account via Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seaznl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
